Incure Inkasso is a national and international judicial debt collection recovery and legal agency, which was founded in Estonia in 1997.
By the late 90’s expansive banking development and progressive governmental structural reforms meant efforts to integrate Estonia into the global economy had started to yield significant results. This was due to increased confidence in the Estonian economy strengthened by the government’s strict fiscal policy, plus inflation was running at an all-time low. Economic growth accelerated due to intensive investment activity and a significant increase in both foreign and domestic demand, thus enabling the provision of services of commercial activity.
Previous to this, the Estonian registered company Krediidiinfo AS had started to collect and process financial data of Estonian individuals and companies. Mapping payment behavior, credit policy and bankruptcy information relating to registered Estonian companies, along with managing the payment default register, which in turn provided reports and real time evaluations of Estonian and foreign companies.
Looking back to 1997 it was quite normal for companies to struggle to get invoices paid, this proved to be a business opportunity for Incure founders to offer a professional and credible service, and start the process of reliable debt collection and recovery, benefiting our customers.
